Complaint Policy

At TopRenoSolutions Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality attic insulation and air sealing services while maintaining transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. We take all client concerns seriously and have established a structured complaint resolution process to ensure issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

How to Submit a Complaint

If you have a concern regarding our services, workmanship, or conduct, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible. Complaints must be submitted in writing to allow for proper review and documentation.

Complaint submissions should include:

• Client name and service address

• Date of service

• Description of the issue or concern

• Supporting documentation or photos (if available)

Complaint Review Process

• All complaints are acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe

• Each case is reviewed by management or a designated technical representative

30-Day Labour Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

TopRenoSolutions Inc. warrants that all labour performed for attic insulation and air sealing services shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of installation.

This labour warranty applies exclusively to:

• Attic insulation installation workmanship

• Air sealing work included within the approved project scope

• Installation practices directly affecting performance

If a workmanship defect is identified within the 30-day warranty period, TopRenoSolutions Inc. will inspect and, where applicable, correct the issue at no labour cost to the client.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty remains valid provided that:

• The installed work has not been altered, modified, or repaired by others

• No damage has occurred due to structural issues, roof leaks, pests, fire, flooding, extreme weather, or third-party trades

• The issue is directly related to workmanship performed by TopRenoSolutions Inc.

Warranty Exclusions

This labour warranty does not cover:

• Manufacturer defects or material warranties

• Pre-existing building deficiencies

• Moisture, ventilation, or structural issues unrelated to installation workmanship

• Damage caused by external factors or other contractors

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the homeowner or client must:

1. Complete the official WARRANTY CLAIM FORM

2. Submit the completed FORM within fifteen (15) days of the service date

3. Email the completed form to TopRenoSolutions@gmail.com

4. Include clear photos or documentation where available

5. Provide reasonable access to the property for inspection

Failure to submit the claim form within the specified timeframe may result in denial of warranty coverage.

Transferability

This labour warranty applies to the installation address and remains valid for the stated warranty period, regardless of change in property ownership.

Limitation of Liability

TopRenoSolutions Inc.’s liability under this policy is strictly limited to the correction of defective workmanship within the warranty period. No incidental, indirect, or consequential damages are covered.

Governing Terms

This Complaint & Warranty Policy operates in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and applicable rebate program requirements. TopRenoSolutions Inc. reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.
